Échantillons

Des boîtes d'échantillons sont disponibles gratuitement (frais de port uniquement), afin que vous puissiez découvrir la profondeur, la finition et les variations du trapèze avant de confirmer votre projet.

Installation et entretien

  • Poser avec des joints fins (maximum 2 mm) pour préserver la géométrie nette du motif.

  • Convient aux murs, sols, cuisines, salles de bains et panneaux décoratifs.

  • Nettoyer avec des produits doux et non abrasifs pour entretenir la surface.

Expédition et livraison

L'expédition prend généralement entre 1 et 3 semaines. Les délais de livraison peuvent varier en fonction de l'emplacement et de la demande d'expédition. Nous nous engageons à faire en sorte que votre commande arrive aussi rapidement et facilement que possible.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY

Upon delivery, clients are required to carefully open, inspect, and verify the quantity and condition of all items received in the presence of the carrier.

To ensure eligibility for a replacement or refund in the event of damage, it is essential that any issues be reported immediately and clearly at the time of delivery.

All shipments are handled through trusted logistics partners, ensuring the highest standard of packaging and care.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and order size. You will be notified when your order is dispatched.

Shipping fees may vary by region. Complimentary delivery may apply for qualifying purchases as part of ATAR TILES exclusive client service.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided that:


  • The tiles are in their original condition and packaging,

  • No installation or alteration has taken place,

  • The return has been approved by our Customer Care team.

Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued within 7 business days.

Please note that the client is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Claims for damaged goods must be submitted immediately upon delivery with supporting photographs and batch details.

By signing for the delivery, ownership of the goods is transferred to the client, and ATAR TILES and the carrier are no longer responsible for subsequent handling or damages.

In accordance with international transport regulations, claims cannot be accepted if no remarks were recorded upon delivery.

Each ATAR HOME Gift Box is a bespoke creation, designed to celebrate the art of giving.
Our signature round boxes can be curated with four handcrafted plates of your choice, elegantly presented and ready to offer.

For a more personal touch, clients may request custom engraving such as a name, date, or special message to transform each plate into a timeless keepsake.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

At ATAR HOME, time is an essential ingredient of beauty.
Each piece is crafted slowly, with purpose and precision, entirely by hand in our Moroccan ateliers.

Because only a limited number of creations are made from each collection, your order is placed into our private production calendar where our artisans shape, glaze, and refine every detail exclusively for you.

This process requires approximately four weeks of creation, followed by 4 to 7 business days for delivery.
