Bejmat
Bejmat
The Bejmat is one of the most refined and historic forms of Moroccan zellige. Recognizable by its elongated rectangular shape, it has adorned riads, hammams, and palaces for centuries, and today it continues to bring elegance to both contemporary and traditional spaces.
Each Bejmat tile is entirely handmade in Fez, following the authentic Moroccan tradition. From clay selection to cutting, firing, and glazing, every step is carried out with meticulous craftsmanship. This artisanal process gives Bejmat its signature depth of color, soft gloss, and subtle surface variations that cannot be replicated by industrial products.
